Notes

Payable	Fees are required 10 days in advance of the event
Booking fee	Clients are welcome to book travel and accommodation on my behalf, in order to secure better deals. I am happy to make my own travel and accommodation arrangements, for which there is a $100 booking fee.
Reductions/ pro bono	I am happy to negotiate in good faith on fees, particularly for multiple events, not-for-profits, public sector, etc. I undertake a small number of pro bono events each year. If you have found my name through a bureau, please complete your booking with them.
Access	Event organizers are responsible for audience access regardless of physical and/or sensory disability. I welcome the use of reasonable adjustments including technology to increase the accessibility of my work.

It is agreed and understood that Jon Schickedanz will not be expected to explicitly or implicitly endorse a political party, lobbying organization, charity or religious group as part of any engagement at which he is booked to appear

Follow-up and repeat bookings by negotiation

Cancellation charges

50% of any paid fees are unrecoverable within one month of cancelling the event. 100% of fees are unrecoverable if cancellation is within 7 days.
In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduled event
Cancelled travel will be charged at cost price + 20% admin fee
I reserve the right to charge late payments according to the terms in the PSA
